Tired to forget your events ?
What do you think about ‘Pure Reminder for calendars’ ???
Features :
– compatible with Google calendars, Moto/LG/Samsung Exchange calendars, TouchDown calendars
– allow to select repeat notification patterns for any/all calendars (start to nag x minutes before, during x minutes, at x minutes interval)
– allow to select different ringtone for each calendar
– a snooze feature to report the notification
– a notification popup to nag the user
– force phone volum for loud reminders
– turn off reminders during meetings (based on a calendar selection)
Any other idea ?
To discuss about it, please go here 😉
Nothing started yet, but I think this will clearly be the next developpement !
I would love app. I have reminders emailed to me, but quickly forget about them. I would love this app.
that’s a good start 🙂
At least I guy would love it :p
Actually I think that could be really promising. Most apps don’t allow notifications to be controlled so this would be a welcome app. The ability to snooze or postpone the notification for a set time period would be great.
This would be great! I’m so sick of the stock calendar reminders. We need a customizable option. 🙂 I’m sure it would go great with pure calendar!
I hope too 😉
Maybe agenda support? The best I found is “Jorte”.
But please don’t forget to fix the following pure messenger bugs.
to reproduce the problem:
Add the Twitter account SPIEGEL_alles , it will give you a lot of news.
1) PureMessenger is pulling wrong links. Links ending with … are broken. Those 3 dots are interpreted as a part of the link but they ain’t. Breaks a lot of newsfeeds.
2) German Ä Ü Ö (umlauts) are broken in normal text size but work in small text size. You will see it too when you add SPIEGEL_alles
I don’t see the relationship between Pure reminder and Jorte …
For Pure messenger, I’ll answer by email.
I think this would be fantastic. Specially if reminders could be location based from lat long inputs, not just address would rock.
Any progress?
I had very very few users intereted by this idea 😦
I have to drop it.
Instead, I’ll start a full PIM/calendar application 😉
