Motorola Droid 2.2 FRG01B ROM and calendar problems

if you have some troubles to open the calendar application or with my widgets, it may be due to the last Motorola ROM update.

You can test to open the calendar application and try to insert a new event. If it crashes, then your ROM is faulty😦

You can check more deeply by analyzing your logcat just after the crash.
To send yourself a logcat, you can read this

If you find some traces like this (in red), your ROM have a problem.
All I can advise is to do a factory reset (and yes, you’ll be able to redownload app paid apps for free after the factory reset if you keep the same Google account).
This solution have been reported as functionnal by a user (thanks Ashley).

  1. When I try to insert a contact quick task, it will not allow me to select a task. Keeps saying “make widget bigger”. also will not allow me to click and hold to change size of widget

    1. Hi,
I am sorry, but I don’t understand anything.
What is “contact quick task” ???
but I am sure this “make widget bigger” doesn’t come from my widget.
